Join our amazing team as a compassionate Home Help and make a real difference in the lives of the elderly, vulnerable, and their caregivers in Essex. In this vital role, you'll assist clients with various tasks that enhance their quality of life and bring joy to their day-to-day experiences.

Please note, this position does not involve personal care.

To succeed, you'll need a reliable car and a valid driving licence. An Enhanced DBS can be applied for if you don’t have one yet (at the cost to yourself).

All of our Home Helps are paid travel time between clients, holiday pay, and a schedule that allows you to have your evenings, weekends, and holidays free (which includes Christmas Eve and between Christmas and New Year).

Your responsibilities will include light housework to keep clients' homes tidy, shopping for essential items, collecting prescriptions, providing companionship, and offering respite for family caregivers. You'll build strong relationships with clients, visiting them consistently each week.

Job Type: Part-time, 4 – 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
